Using a 3-axis adjustment system, you can smoothly adjust the position of your viewfinder - even one-handed. The unique mechanism ensures your EVF is always kept steady, and you can adjust the positioning without the fear of the Axl dropping or sagging.

Position with Precision

Every element of the Axl has been designed to increase versatility and decrease downtime: the Axl EVF Mount Base Kit uses a 3-axis tightening system, which allows you to quickly and easily adjust the viewfinder's position - even with one hand. The Axl is designed so that even when completely loosened, your EVF won't sag or drop down.

Convenient Mounting

The Base Kit of the Axl EVF Mount comes with two 4" support rods from our sterling titanium Drumstix range. Featherweight yet strong, they are the best way to mount the EVF to a top bar bracket, with the EVF mount being set to the 15mm LWS spacing. For adjusting on the camera, you can loosen and tighten the rod brackets.

Zacuto and Kinefinity Compatibility

This Axl EVF Mount Kit comes with the Axl itself, along with the two 4" Drumstix and a quick-release adaptor designed to fit Zacuto viewfinders such as the Zacuto Gratical and Kameleon and Kinefinity's Eagle EVF (using the included alternate screw). This combination gives you everything you need to mount the EVF to any camera system.

Compact Control

The Axl also provides sliding travel from left to right, allowing you to extend the EVF mount for easier reach on bulkier rigs whilst keeping the footprint of the EVF mount minimal. The rotation limiters on the tilt adjustment wheel also mean that the tightening screw is always accessible, meaning that you can always adjust your viewfinder.
